Project Description

New contemporary wing addition to a mid-century modern home that provides better access into the home and creates a new aesthetic for updating the rest of the house. The addition features a soaring Entry with a pivoting steel door and contemporary stair, Media Room, Mudroom, and additional Bedrooms and Bathrooms. With the addition, the existing home was brought up-to-date with an expanded Dining Room with dramatic wine storage and display, new Kitchen, and improved Living Room space with a tall sliding glass wall to take advantage of views into specimen trees and the adjacent Adobe Creek. A large deck was redesigned to allow comfortable indoor/outdoor living. Interior design by Cyndi Herbert. Construction by Great White Construction.
