Project Description

When the owners hired Alfonso & Harmon Architects to expand and update their home, they requested a plan that would accommodate the needs of their young family as well as their aging parents. In addition to adding more “growing room” to the first and second floors, we added a first floor Guest Suite with roll-in shower. The existing compact, enclosed Kitchen was doubled in size and opened up to the Great Room, with a large island to serve as the prime gathering space for the home. A large bi-fold door opens an entire wall in the Dining area, creating an easy flow onto the covered Porch for exterior living and dining. The project was constructed by Lisac Construction.
