Project Description

A simplified and modern version of the Craftsman style, this house features a dramatic yet economical exterior color palette of deep-blue board and batten siding, white trim and corbels, and tan stucco. The Great Room is anchored by the large, multi-cook Kitchen at one end, the Family Room at the other, and the Dining Room in the center to create a logical flow between the spaces. The U-shaped Kitchen with white shaker style cabinets, black granite countertops, and a corner pantry wraps around a large island and provides plenty of storage. The skylight above the island and large window above the built-in seating brings in abundant natural light. Interior column and trim details repeat and recall the Craftsman detailing of the exterior.
