Project Description

While maintaining the existing footprint of this small and cramped Kitchen and Nook, Alfonso & Harmon Architects effectively rearranged the layout to create a spacious eat-in Kitchen. This L-shaped Kitchen of stained alder cabinets with honed granite countertops surrounds a large island with a butcher-block counter. The backsplash is green subway tiles with blue accents. A large flared skylight well above the island creates volume in the space and brings in ample natural light for the workspace.
